An international speaker, consultant, author, and trainer, Vicki Schneider, President, QuintEssential Performance, LLC, has been helping companies "make the most of the people they have" for more than 25 years.
While working in the field, Ms. Schneider developed the QuintEssential Performance™ Model to help executives better understand and manage the factors affecting people performance in their organizations. Over the past several years, Ms. Schneider has presented the QuintEssential Performance™ Model to over one thousand executives, HR, training and human performance professionals, receiving accolades for its practical approach, clarity and logic.
Ms. Schneider is the creator of the Performance Generator™, the online coaching system that helps managers and their direct reports collaboratively improve communication, alignment, accountability, and job performance. The Performance Generator is built on the QuintEssential Performance™ framework. Vicki’s creative approach to training adults led to the inclusion of her activities in the 2005 ASTD Team & Organization Development Sourcebook, four editions of the McGraw-Hill Sourcebook series, The Consultant’s Toolkit, The Consultant’s Big Book of Organizational Development Tools, and The Active Manager’s Toolkit. These books contain a collection of training activities and tools from some of the nation’s most respected training and organization development professionals.
For 8 years Vicki served as a trusted advisor to CEOs and facilitator of two “think tanks” for senior executives under the auspices of Vistage (TEC) International, the largest CEO membership organization in the world.
Prior to starting her firm in 1993, Ms. Schneider established and managed Blue Shield of Western New York’s first training department where she implemented performance-based training programs for more than 400 hourly and salaried employees.
Vicki holds a Masters of Science degree in educational administration and supervision from the City College of New York and is past president of the Rotary Club of Buffalo, the largest and oldest service club in the region. Vicki is a recipient of the 2004 “Women Who Mean Business” award, recognizing her as one of Western New York’s most outstanding business women.
